Reni Oils strives to be as accurate as possible in the description of its products. However, Reni Oils does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All oils sold by Reni Oils are intended for **topical/cosmetic use only**. They are not intended for internal consumption, therapeutic purposes, or to treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Reni Oils reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Payment must be made in full before shipment of products. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our checkout page.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Reni Oils offers shipping within Australia. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly from our Epping, VIC warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products, starting from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
