Every order is packed at our Epping, VIC warehouse. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Epping, VIC. A tracking number is sent via email once your order ships.
Dispatch Times
During peak periods such as sales or product launches, processing may take additional time. We will notify you if there is any delay.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

We use recycled and compostable packaging wherever possible.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return an oil I have opened?
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If your product arrived damaged or was incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take a photo and email it to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and confirm next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
