Returns and Refunds

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Faulty or damaged products

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match its description, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you the choice of a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage or defect. We do not require you to return the product if it is clearly faulty.

Products that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an unused, sealed product for a different size or variant within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will ship the exchange item at no additional charge.
